Bookings:
To book a hire…
- Fill out the hiring form linked on our instagram profile.
- You will then receive an SMS with the information to finalise your booking. If you do not receive an SMS 24 hours after completing this form please DM us on instagram.
- You will then need to provide a full deposit of the hire cost to the bank account provided in the SMS.
- Once this is completed you will recieve another SMS to confirm your booking.

Try Ons:
We do offer try ons! To book a try on…
- Fill out the try on form linked on our instagram profile (separate from the hiring form).
- You will then receive a SMS conformation of your appointment as well as a reminder on the day.
Try onsite are conducted at our residential address in Maryland, NSW. So please be respectful. There is a $10 CASH try on fee that need to be brought either you to your try on appointment. This fee is deducted from the hire price if the client does go ahead with the hire. Clients are liable to pay any costs associated with damage that occurs during try ons.
Pick up bookings:
- Once booking is confirmed, times can be arranged to pick up from our residential address in Maryland, NSW. Items can be picked up 48 hours prior to hire date and must be returned 48 hours after hire date. If you need dates altered for pick up and drop off, we can arrange this PRIOR to receiving your hire.
- Please note: If you hire is not returned by the arranged return date, you will incur a LATE fee of $10. We can be flexible with this although it it’s important you let us know PRIOR to your hire!
Postal bookings:
- Postal bookings are shipped with Australia Post Express Shipping and incur a $30 postage fee on top of the hire price, which will need to be paid at the point of booking.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a shipping date and once shipped will provide you with a tracking number to track your hire.
- Items will be shipped with a return satchel (Australia Post Express Shipping) for customers to use to return items.
- All postage is conducted through Australia Post Express Shipping. We are not held responsible for any delays that may occur through Australia post. Please note we do endeavour to send our bookings out within an adequate time frame (calculated through Australia Post shipping times). We do not offer refunds if item does not arrive in time, but we can offer a store credit.
- Garments are required to be taken to an Australia Post Office within 48 hours after hire date to be returned. If you need a larger time frame this needs to be organised PRIOR to hire. Please ensure they are taken into an Australia Post Office so they can be scanned in promptly.
- Please note: If your hire is not taken to an Australia Post Office within 48 hours after hire date, you will incur a LATE fee of $10. We can be flexible with this, although it is important you let us know PRIOR to your hire!
Cleaning:
Cleaning of garments are not required by clients. Please return your garments unwashed to avoid damage during the cleaning process. Any major stains or damages should be disclosed prior to returning or when returning items.
Damage: (includes during try on appointments)
- Clients are liable for any damages including, but not limited to, tears, pulls, stains, broken zips, etc.
- If an item is damaged whether it is big or small, please do not attempt to fix the item. All repairs will be taken care of by us.
- If an item is damaged but can be repaired the client will pay the full amount of the repair.
- If the item is no longer wearable or able to be fixed, the client will have to pay the RRP price of the garment, minus the fee they paid to hire it.
Cancellations:
- We do not accept refunds under any circumstances for cancelations once the garment has been paid for. This includes cancelled events, change of minds, item not fitting, and weather. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend booking a try on appointment.
- Customers who have paid a full deposit but cancel their hire 7 days prior to the hire date will recieve a full store credit. Please note: Store credits do NOT expire.
- If cancelations occur on our part fur to late returns, damaged items, etc. becoming unavailable for hire, you will recieve a FULL refund.
